Shipping Policy

At Fresh Feet Sock Co. we pride ourselves on being eco-friendly. Our packaging is 100% bio-degradable using HeapsGood packaging.

For domestic shipping in Australia, the following rates apply:

Untracked Standard Shipping: $4 AUD

Tracked Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD

Tracked Express Shipping: $12.95 AUD

Orders above $49 AUD: FREE Shipping

Orders above $120 AUD: FREE Express Shipping

Our orders are shipped with Australia Post and typically take 2-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

We think our Bamboo socks are the best socks around. Not only for your feet, but also the planet. But if you aren't as happy with your bamboo socks as we are after 30 days, you can return your socks for a refund of retail price per our comfort guarantee.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer including cost and lost returns.

Faults or quality issues will be addressed & reviewed as soon as possible. If this is the case, we will organise a replacement sent to you free of charge. Please fill out our return request to initiate this.

For change of mind or sizing issues, unfortunately due to the intimate nature of socks, unless socks are unused and in their original condition and packaging, we cannot accept any returns.
