But if you aren't as happy with your bamboo socks as we are after 30 days, you can return your socks for a refund of retail price per our Comfort Guarantee. ​ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer including cost and lost returns. ​ Faults or quality issues will be addressed & reviewed as soon as possible. If this is the case, we will organise a replacement sent to you free of charge. Because of this our packaging is 100% biodegradable through the use of earth friendly mailers. ​ Orders are shipped with Australia Post (parcel) and typically take 2-7 business days depending on location to arrive once dispatched for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express.
