Do you have a Minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sock designs?

• Yes, our minimum number of pairs for all custom socks orders is 200 pairs of socks, per size, per design.

 

What lengths and options do your custom socks come in?

• For custom socks our most popular design is the crew dress sock, however we offer options in our sport and no show designs and sizes also. If you would like additional options we can usually assist here also.

 

What packaging and labeling comes with your custom socks?

• Our staple labeling is the addition of our classic customisable hook tag to all socks, but can offer sleeve labeling for design on request also. All labeling is provided at no additional cost.

 

• We can also offer specialised or boxed custom packaging for socks which can be further branded and designed. There is an additional cost associated with these items however based on quantity and turnaround.

 

Will Fresh Freet Sock Co branding be included on our custom socks?

• Yes, however if you would like this removed there is an option to do so for 1% of total order price.

How much does a pair of custom socks cost?

• Custom sock pricing depend on the specific style of sock and quantity of the order. Our minimum order quantity is currently 200 pairs per design and priced from $12.78- $5.96 AUD (+GST) per pair.

• Once certain order thresholds are reached the cost per pair significantly decreases providing more value.

Do you have any extra fees on top of the unit price of our custom socks?

• No. 

• The only other fees entailed are if you wish to have extra assistance or specialised design and shipping. As mentioned if you wish us to undertake your design process for you which will incur a $89 AUD fee, or if you wish to have our branding removed which is an additional 1% of total order price. For express shipping or lead time these fees will be dependent on order.

 

Do you require upfront payment?

• For quotations we only request a deposit of 35% of the order total once the sample has been approved for mass production. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion and delivery of your order.

Can I design my own custom socks?

• Yes of course! We will however need to check designs and talk through specific areas of each sock to ensure that the design can be made and the end product can be produced to a high quality.

 

Do you offer templates to design our custom socks?

• Once we know which sock style your wish to create will provide free templates for you to be able to edit and design as you wish. These are easily editable through Photoshop applications.  We will also provide an annotated example document to illustrate typical considerations when designing.

 

Do you offer assistance with the creation and design of our custom socks?

• Post registering or requesting a quote,  a member of our team will be here to assist you throughout the process free of charge. 

• If you are unsure on the design you wish to create, we can produce 2 templated sample designs using your branding for you for approval. We do charge a design fee of $89 AUD (+GST) for these services.

 

Can the design of our custom socks be different or mismatched between feet?

• Yes,  however because of the different design these would entail the production of two separate socks. 

• This would therefore mean the production minimum order quantity of 200 pairs per design and would increase the MOQ to 400 pairs for these orders.

 

Are there restrictions of colours and patterns on our custom and promotional socks?

• There are no restrictions on colours you can use on the socks, however for certain specific or uncommon colours which require specialised dying this may entail a slightly longer production time.

 

How long will it take for the custom sample sock to be created once approved?

• Typically we allow for 14 business days for production of sample + shipping.

 

How long does it take to produce our custom socks?

• Due to current global logistics lead times can vary between 6-12 weeks. We will supply you with specific timelines at date of inquiry.

How long does it take to receive our customs socks once manufacturing is complete?

• We allow for 14 business days for express shipping and between 28-35 business days for our standard shipping.

• Given the current logistics challenges we are endeavoring to work as closely to these as possible and will keep you updated throughout if there is any deviation.

• Current timelines from approved sample to arrival to customer are roughly around 8-12 weeks with standard shipping.

 

Can our custom socks be shipped to different locations?

• Dropshipping or different end locations can be easily organised prior to dispatch.
