At Fresh Feet Sock Co. we love our bamboo socks, and we know you will too.

But if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the

purchase price of your first pair.

Love your socks for 30 days!

To begin your bamboo socks might feel a little different to your previous run of the mill socks. We know it's really normal to be unsure about trying something new, so we suggest you fully experience what bamboo socks has to offer. If after wearing our bamboo socks as much as you like over these 30 days and you are still not impressed head to Step 2.

30 days and still not happy?

If after 30 days and before 50 days from the purchase date, your feet still aren't as happy and comfortable as you would have imagined, please complete the below refund claim form to request a refund. Our team will work their hardest to arrange your refund within three business days. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the funds back on your original method of payment.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the comfort guarantee:

The comfort guarantee only applies to your first single pair (1) of socks purchased online at freshfeetsocks.com.au (excludes multipacks)
Any further items (excluding the first pair of socks) that are worn, tried on or washed are not covered by the comfort guarantee
To claim this guarantee, you must notify us within 50 days from the date of delivery and have allowed at least 30 days to try your socks
This guarantee does not cover the height, length, width or color of your new socks and only applies to the comfort of the product
Under the comfort guarantee shipping fees will not be refunded
The guarantee does not affect your right to a replacement or refund relating any faults with other products available at freshfeetsockco.com.au or authorised independent stockists
The product must be used in accordance to the care instructions which, are provided with your product
